  NOSEBLEED: A LOVE STORY R EACTION Upon reading the story, I thought I already knew what kind of ending it will be because it is common in a story that lovers always go back to their exes and made my own conclusions. But what I thought is complete opposite of what happened. After I finished reading the whole story, I understood little details. It turns out jay’s ex was torturing him and narrator seems to be the hero who rescues him. I didn’t quite get the whole story because of grammatical errors and I think that’s the author’s point; to confuse the reader.   The Witch Analysis  Analysis on The Witch by Edilberto Tiempo is a reflection of the people, in this case Filipino provincials tend to believe on what is the talk of the town, regardless of knowing the real issue behind that. The narrator in the short story was an unnamed 12 year old son who lived in a town surrounded by barrios. He was a flat character.
